During my holiday, there were a few things I enjoyed about the property. the location was great as it was conveniently close to some local restaurants. the rooftop pool was a nice touch and a good place to relax after a day out exploring. Lastly, the air conditioning worked really well and kept the room nice and cool.
There were quite a few things I did not like about the property.

the outdoor dining area was the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal from the restaurant. the private facilities were exceptional, including the spa, which offered an exclusive and relaxing experience. the location was ideal, being in a peaceful area while still being close to the city's main attractions.
The only minor issue I encountered was with the room's air conditioning. It was a bit noisy and needed some maintenance, which was quickly resolved by the hotel's excellent service team.

The rooftop pool was a nice place to relax and cool off in the hot weather. The air conditioning in the room worked well and kept us comfortable.-The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to some great local restaurants.
Our room was not cleaned properly before we arrived and we had to ask for basic cleaning tools like a dust pan and brush. We only received two sets of towels for a 10-day stay, which was not enough.

The lack of cleaning service and inadequate amenities such as limited towels, toilet rolls, and basic tools for cleanliness significantly impacted the overall experience.
